Morocco’s Annual Investment Conference 2009
The Prince’s management attended Morocco’s Annual Investment Conference held at Mansion House, meeting high powered delegates from Morocco. The following speakers addressed a fully attended conference that showed a strong interest in the potential to invest in Morocco: The Right Honourable Alderman Ian Luder, Lord Mayor of the City of London; HH Princess Lalla Joumala Alaoui, Ambassador to the Court of St James; Mr Taib Fassi-Fihri, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation; Lord Davies of Abersoch, Minister of State for Trade, Investment and Small Business.
Six Month Extension
The latest masterplan architectural work was revealed by Robinson McColl architects on Monday and two members of the management team have flown out to Morocco to present the designs to the local authorities with a view to gaining an "Accord de Principe". The "Accord" grants the management team the first set of planning permissions for the development subject to criteria set out by the commission presided by the Centre Regional Investissement.
Robinson McColl Appointed Lead Consultants
We are delighted to announce the appointment of Robinson McColl as Architects and Lead Consultants for the Prince's Club development. This has been the fruit of over a year of dedicated work from this world class architectural outfit, and following a successful site visit the Prince's Club management team felt that it was the appropriate time to appoint the lead consultants for duration of the development.
